The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) advises the public that its station in St. John is currently operating at reduced capacity due to technical difficulties.
As a result, customers in the following areas may experience water outages or low water pressure:
St. George – Ridge Meadows, Sweet Bottom, Ashbury, Thorpes Cottage, Superlative, Bydes Mill, St. Judes, Glen Acres, Greens, Prerogative, Brighton, Drax Hall Hope, Glebe, The Mount, Fairview, Baird’s Village and surrounding areas.
St. John – Gall Hill, Coach Hill, Rosegate, Massiah Street, Four Roads, Clifton Hall, Pool, Church View and surrounding areas.
St. Philip – Breezy Hill, Church Village, Cottage Vale, Mount Pleasant Gardens, Moncrieffe and surrounding areas.
The BWA is actively addressing the technical difficulties that have caused the station to operate at reduced capacity. Water tanker assistance will be provided to customers in the affected areas, where possible.
