The Barbados Water Authority wishes to update residents of the St. Peter districts affected today Thursday, March 17th by low pressure or water outages that work is still ongoing to address issues being experienced at one of its facilities in St. Peter.
A complication occurred at the station this evening with a pump which calls for further repairs to be conducted. The section taken offline earlier today, will now remain off overnight to allow crews to complete repairs at that facility.
Residents in Baywoods, Benny Hall, Black Bess, Boscobelle, Castle Tenantry, Diamond Corner, Four Hills, Indian Ground, Gays Village, Mount Stepney, Rock Hall, St. Silas Heights, The Baltic, Water Hall Terrace and surrounding areas will unfortunately continue to be impacted into Friday, March 18th.
The Authority’s tankers will continue to assist customers in these areas until the repairs are complete.
