The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes today, Friday, November 24th, to update that pumping has resumed at its stations following the stoppage due to inclement weather.

It may take some time for normal supply to be restored to all of the affected St. George, St. John and St. Philip districts. Therefore, the Authority’s tankers will continue to assist residents of any areas still suffering outages as a temporary measure.

Customers with queries are reminded that they can contact the Authority at 434-4292 between 8:30 am and 12 midnight. Updates can also be viewed on the Authority’s website and social media pages.

The BWA apologizes for the inconvenience caused and sincerely thanks the affected customers for their understanding and patience.    (ENDS)
