The Barbados Water Authority wishes this evening Thursday March 30th to update residents of some Christ Church & St. Philip areas that work has been completed on the large diameter main in Woodbourne, St. Philip.

 Customers in the affected districts can expect the water supply to return to normal gradually.

Meanwhile, emergency repair work continues on mains in Newmarket, St. George. The ruptures on these pipes may still be impacting customers in some St. George & St. Michael neighbourhoods such as:

  • Dash Valley
  • Frere Pilgrim
  • Edey Village
  • Buttals
  • Windsor
  • David’s
  • Buckley Terrace
  • Constant
  • Lower Burney
  • Carmichael
  • Turnpike
  • Highgate
  • Wildey
  • Mount Clapham
  • Monroe Road, Haggatt Hall

and surrounding areas.

Tankers will continue to assist residents in the affected districts.
