Tonight, Monday, April 28th, the Barbados Water Authority wishes to update residents and businesses in parts of St. Joseph and St. Andrew that work is ongoing to locate the source of the rupture in the Cattlewash area. The investigations will continue early in the morning on Tuesday, April 29th.
Customers affected by water outages or low pressure as a result of the leak will continue to be impacted into Tuesday, April 29th. Water tanker crews will continue to assist residents and businesses in the interim.
The affected districts may include Cattlewash, Dark Hole, Bruce Vale, Shorey Village, Baxters, Cane Garden, Walkers, Morgan Lewis, Chalky Mount, Cambridge, Belleplaine, Isolation Road, Bawden Hill, St. Simons and the surrounding areas.
