Today, Sunday, August 3rd, the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) is advising residents in parts of St. Peter that they may experience low water pressure or outages due to a burst main near Farm Bridge.
As a result, the BWA has been forced to take two (2) stations offline to effect the repair. Customers in the following areas may be affected:
- Farm Bridge
- Warleigh Road
- Alleynedale
- Rose Hill
- Maynard’s Housing Area
- Maynard’s Development
- Mile & A Quarter
- Coral Cliff
- The Rock
- The Whim
- Bakers
- Mullins
and the surrounding districts.
The Authority will make every effort to assist affected residents via water tanker while repairs are in progress.
Any other persons experiencing water issues are encouraged to contact the BWA’s Customer Service Centre at 434-4292.
