The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to advise customers in some areas of St. Michael that on Wednesday January 21st 2026 it will be conducting urgent repairs to a 9-inch main in Two Mile Hill between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
As a result, residents of the Ivy, Back Ivy, Howells Cross Road, My Lords Hill, Two Mile Hill, St. Barnabas, Embassy Gardens and surrounding areas may experience low water pressure or outages.
Persons are encouraged to store some water to support their needs during this period. The Authority will provide temporary assistance through water tankers to those affected while the repairs are being conducted.
Motorists are advised that traffic will be reduced to a single lane in the immediate work area.
