BWA crews have completed emergency repairs at the Authority’s St. Michael facility.

The third attempt to fix the large diameter main was completed at 5:30 this morning Sunday, November 19th.

Customers are however reminded, that the system will take sometime to return to normal. Therefore, the Authority’s tanker crews will continue to make every effort to assist residents during this process.

Customers are asked to bear with the BWA as there may be delays due to heavy demand.

The Barbados Water Authority apologises for the inconvenience caused by these emergency repairs.    (ENDS)
