The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) today Monday, July 13th advises residents of some St. Michael and Christ Church areas that it has been forced to reduce pumping from one of its stations to facilitate emergency repairs in the network.

As a result of this ongoing work, customers in Mapp Hill, Mount Friendship, Lower Burney, St. Barnabas, Pinelands, Highgate Gardens, Flagstaff, Clapham, Wildey, Fort George Heights, Elizabeth Park, Regency Park, Sheraton Park, Sargeants Village, Warners Park, Warners Terrace, Briar Hall, Graeme Hall, Rendezvous, Bartletts Tenantry, Club Morgan, Haggatt Hall, Howells Cross Road and surrounding districts may experience low pressure or water outages.

Tanker crews will assist persons in the affected districts as needed. The Authority will share updates on the progress of the work.
