Ionics Freshwater Ltd. has advised the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) that maintenance work is being conducted at the Desalination Plant on the Mighty Grynner Highway and the plant is operating at a reduced capacity until February 14th, 2025.
The Authority has made adjustments to its distribution network to help make up the deficit, however, residents in some of the following areas may impacted by low water pressure or a water outage.
Persons in the listed districts may not feel the effects right away but are being advised to store some water to assist within their households over the next few days.
