The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes today, Sunday July 26th, to inform residents in some parts of St. John that it is experiencing low reservoir levels at the facility supplying them.
Customers in following districts may be impacted by low water pressure or outages as a result of the low levels:
Bath Land, Carters, Cherry Grove, Cheshire, Cliff Cottage, Coach Hill, Codrington, Colleton, Colleton Gardens, Gall Hill, Glebe, Guinea Land, Haynes Hill, Henley, Lemon Arbor, Macaroni Village, Massiah Street, Moncrieffe, Moores Land, Mount Pleasant Gardens, Pool Land, Rosegate, Sargeant Street, Sherbourne, Small Hope, Society Hill, Spooners, Stewart Hill, Todd’s Tenantry, Wakefield Tenantry, Welch Village and surrounding areas.
Customers are advised to store some water to assist if possible. The Authority will make every effort to help residents in these districts via tanker while the problem persists.
