The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to advise that due to a vehicular accident in the Lodge Hill area the power supply to its Lodge Hill Pumping Station was disrupted earlier today, Tuesday, January 17, 2023.
We can now update that the Lodge Hill station is back online and normal pumping has resumed.
However, the water pressures in the distribution network supplied from the facility will need time to return to normal.
The Authority’s tanker crews will continue to assist persons in the affected areas in the interim.
The BWA apologises for the inconvenience caused. (ENDS)
