The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to advise that it will be embarking on a customer satisfaction survey to improve our customer service delivery and reinforce relationships with our valued customers.
The survey which has been designed and will be conducted by a qualified consultant will be conducted via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
The results will allow us to identify critical issues highlighted by our valued customers and enhance our feedback mechanism.
