PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Barbados Water Authority informs residents of some St. Thomas and St. George districts that it will be installing flow meters at Applewhaites, St. Thomas on Wednesday, July 28th between 9 am and 5 pm.
As a result, residents and businesses located in Groves, Cottage Retreat, Golden Ridge, Jericho, Roach Village, Paradise, St. Augustine, Market Hill, Belair, Locust Hall, Bridge Cot, Hopewell, Vaucluse, Content, Rock Hall, Shop Hill, Christie Village, Cane Garden Heights, Proute, Strong Hope, Applewhaites, Bournes Village, Paradise, Cottage Grove Development, Newbury, Todds and surrounding areas may suffer low pressure or water outages during this time.
Customers are asked to store an adequate supply of water to assist.
The BWA apologises for any inconvenience this meter installation at Applewhaites, St. Thomas on Wednesday, July 28th may cause. (ENDS)
