The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to inform residents and businesses in parts of St. George, St. Michael and St. Thomas that on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 between 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. crews will be conducting repairs on a main in Applewhites.
As a result, customers in Roach Village, Paradise Village, Market Hill, Locust Hall, Locust Hall Terrace, Jericho, Bridge Cot, Belair, Newbury, Cottage Grove, Applewhaites, Bournes Village, Bibby’s Lane, Daryells, The Palm, Proute, Hopewell, Content, Rock Hall and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.
Customers are advised to store some water to assist during this time. The Authority will provide updates on the status of the work.
