The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) advises residents and businesses in St. George, St. Michael, and Christ Church that as of today, Friday, September 12th, 2025, a power outage in the St. George area affected operations at one of the Authority’s facilities, resulting in low reservoir levels. The station is now back online.
While the water supply is being restored, some areas may continue to experience low pressure or temporary outages. As a temporary measure, the BWA’s water tankers will continue to assist affected residents until the supply fully normalizes.
