The Barbados Water Authority informs residents of some St. Lucy, St. Peter and St. Andrew districts today Monday, September 29th that it has had to stop pumping from one of its Stations to facilitate the repair of a burst main.
As a result, customers in the following districts may experience low pressure or a water outage while the repairs are being conducted.
St. Lucy
Rock Hall Village, Durhams, Chance Hall, Spring Garden, Round Rock, Jemmotts Hill, Josey Hill, Mount View, Oxford Village, Mount Gay Village, Church Hill and surrounding areas.
St. Peter
Centipede Alley, Date Tree Hill, The Risk and surrounding districts.
St. Andrew
Boscobelle and surrounding areas.
The Authority will make every effort to assist residents via tanker as a temporary measure and will update customers once repairs are complete.
