The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to inform residents and businesses in parts of St. Michael, Christ Church and St. George that on Friday, June 5th one of its St George stations will be taken offline between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 pm to facilitate urgent repairs.

As a result, customers in Dash Valley, Monroe Village, Haggatt Hall, Salters, Neils, Belle Gully, Belle Tenantry, Licorish Village, My Lords Hill, Flint Hall, Welches, Martinique Road, Government Hill, Pine Plantation Road, Pine Gardens, Two Mile Hill, Upper Collymore Rock, Brittons Hill, First Step, Lower Brighton, Waverley Cot, Buttals Tenantry, Good Intent, Eastlynne, Mannings Village, Walkers Valley,Constant, Windsor Tenantry, Campaign Castle, Brereton, Hannays Valley, Lower Greys, Dayrell’s Hill, Boarded Hall, Frere Pilgrim, Edey Village, Watts Village, St. Davids, Cox Road, Bannatyne, South District and the immediate surrounding areas may experience low pressure or a water outage while work is underway.

Persons are encouraged to store some water to support their needs during this
period. The Authority will provide temporary assistance via water tanker to the
affected districts.
