The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to inform residents and business in parts of St Michael that one of its stations will be taken offline on Wednesday, August 21st between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to facilitate electrical upgrades.
Customers located in Belle Gully, Belle Tenantry, Brittons Hill, Dash Valley, Flint Hall, Government Hill, Haggatt Hall, Licorish Village, Martinique Road, Monroe Village, My Lords Hill, Neils, Pine Gardens, Two Mile Hill, Pine Plantation Road, Salters, Upper Collymore Rock, Welches and the immediate surrounding areas may be impacted by low pressure or water outages.
Water tankers will be dispatched to assist residents and businesses in the affected districts as a temporary measure. However, there may be delays in serving customers due to heavy demand.
