The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) informs customers that it will be making a connection in Mount Poyer, St. Lucy on Sunday, April 26th, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M.
As a result, residents of Mount Poyer, St. Swithins and Swampy Town may be impacted by low pressure or water outages during these hours.
Persons are asked to store an adequate supply of water to assist while the work is being conducted.
Water Tankers will be dispatched to assist customers as a temporary measure.
The BWA apologizes for any inconvenience this service disruption may cause the residents of the impacted areas. (ENDS)
