The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) today, Tuesday, September 12th, wishes to inform residents of St. Andrew and St. Peter who have been impacted by intermittent water outages and low pressure that investigations are still ongoing.

Investigations conducted so far have revealed a ruptured main in the vicinity of Rock Hall, St. Peter.

As a result, customers in Turtleback Ridge, Taits, Waterhall, St. Silas Heights, and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.

BWA will continue their investigations, and customers will be updated regarding our findings.

As a temporary measure, the BWA tanker crews will continue to assist customers while working to resolve the issue.

The Barbados Water Authority apologises for any inconvenience this service disruption may have caused.    (ENDS)
