The Barbados Water Authority advises customers in St. Thomas that investigations are currently underway into a suspected burst main in Proute Gully, St Thomas.
As a result, customers in Hopewell, White Hill, Content, Shop Hill, Proute, Edgehill, Vaucluse, Bridgeield, Rugby, Cane Garden, Rock Hall, Christie Village, Country View and surrounding areas may experience low water pressure or water outages.
Water tankers will be dispatched to assist affected customers.
Customers are advised, where possible, to store an adequate supply of water to assist during the period of disruption.
Updates will be provided as necessary.
