The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to advise residents of some St. Michael and St. James areas that today Tuesday, November 8th, it is experiencing low reservoir levels at a facility which supplies them, as a result of the Ionics Desalination Plant being offline for a 24-hour period.
Residents and businesses in the following districts may be impacted by low water pressure or outages until the reservoir levels improve.

Warrens Terrace Welches Heights
and the surrounding areas.
The Authority will make every effort to assist residents via tanker as a temporary measure.
