Today, Friday, July 5th 2024, the Barbados Water Authority advises that it is experiencing low reservoir levels at some of its facilities across the island.
As a result, customers in some districts in the following parishes may experience low pressure or water outages until reservoir levels improve.
St. Lucy
Cave Hill, Graveyard, Airview, Risk, Church Hill Rd, Oxford, Mount Gay Tenantry, Josey Hill, Free Hill, Mount View Drive, Glendalough, Rock Hall and surrounding areas.
St. Peter
Date Tree Hill, Baltic, Collins, Centipede Alley and surrounding districts.
St. Andrew
Boscobelle, Foster’s Funland, Hillaby, Apes Hill, Bruce Vale, Baxters and surrounding areas.
St. Joseph
Airy Hill, Sugar Hill, Todds Corner, Chimborazo, Fruitful Hill, Church Gap Clifton Hill, Clifton Tenantry, Coconut Grove, Lammings, Braggs Hill, Spa Hill, Bissex and surrounding districts.
St. Thomas
Carrington Village, Bloomsbury, Airy Cot, Cane Garden, Content Tenantry, Dark Hole, Dunscombe, Endeavour, Friendship, Highland, Hillaby, Lion Castle, Mellowes, Melvins Hill, , Porey Spring, Spring Farm, Hope Well, Strong Hope, Sturges, Turner’s Hall, Upper Canefield, Lower Canefield, Walkes Spring, Welchman Hall, White Hill and surrounding areas.
St. Philip
Sunbury, Campaign Castle, Ebenezer and surrounding districts.
The Authority will make every effort to help residents in the affected districts via tanker while the problem persists. Customers wishing to make a report can contact the Authority at 434-4292.
