The Barbados Water Authority is inviting customers whose accounts are in arrears to make arrangements to settle the outstanding amounts by October 31st this year.
Customers should visit the Authority’s Headquarters in the Pine between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm to have a discussion with the Payment Agreement team or they can call 434-4292 or email customercare@bwa.gov.bb to discuss their account balances.
Persons are encouraged to take advantage of this period of amnesty for accounts in arrears, and engage in discussion with the Authority to settle the debt.
The Barbados Water Authority team is prepared to be flexible with its payment plans and is therefore willing to work with customers to arrive at a repayment schedule that meets their individual financial situation. (ENDS)
