The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) informs customers that connection work in Half Acre, St. Lucy, which began on Saturday, June 27th, 2026, is continuing today, Sunday, June 28th, 2026.

As a result, residents of Greenidges, Connell Town, Northumberland, Hope Road, River Bay, Chance Hall, Bishops, Spring Garden, Spring Hall, Harrises, Friendship, Content, Alvis Town, Salmond, Grape Hall, Coles Cave, Stroud Bay, Crab Hill, Archers, Trents, Benthams, Babbs, Maycocks, Maycocks Terrace, Harrison’s Point, Husbands, Broomefield, Checker Hall, Sutherland Hill, Fustic Village, Fryer’s Well Road, Half Moon Fort, Clinketts, Colleton, Sherman’s, Six Men’s, Rockfield, Pie Corner, Little Bay and surrounding areas may continue to be impacted by low pressure or water outages.

Water tankers will be dispatched to assist customers as a temporary measure.
