The Barbados Water Authority today Thursday, March 17th 2022 advises that one of the pumps at a St. Peter station has been taken offline.
This action was taken to facilitate urgent repairs to the connected pipeline supplying the distribution network.
As a result, residents in Baywoods, Benny Hall, Black Bess, Boscobelle, Castle Tenantry, Diamond Corner, Four Hills, Gays Village, Mount Stepney, Rock Hall, St. Silas Heights, The Baltic, Water Hall Terrace and surrounding areas may be impacted by low pressure or a water outage.
The Authority’s tankers are currently assisting customers in these districts and will continue to service the areas while repairs continue.
