The Barbados Water Authority informs residents and businesses in St. Thomas, that it will be conducting urgent repairs on a leaking valve in the vicinity of Hopewell on Wednesday, August 28th between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00p.m. As a result, customers in Edgehill, Bridgefield, Ashford, Lester Vaughn School, Shop Hill, Country View, Proutes and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.
Customers are asked to store an adequate supply of water to assist.
Water tankers will be deployed to assist.
