Today Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) advises residents of some St. Philip areas that crews are currently conducting repairs on a large-diameter main at Vineyard.
As a result, customers in Thickets, Blades Hill, Bayfield, St. Catherine’s, Fortescue and surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.
The BWA will assist residents via water tanker while the repairs are being conducted.
