The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to inform residents in parts of St. George and Christ Church that today, Friday, January 3rd, it is conducting repairs on a burst main in Old Work Hill, St. George.
As a result, customers in the following areas may experience low water pressure or a water outage:
- In St. George
Windsor Tenantry, Good Intent, Waverley Cot, Watts Village, Walkers Valley, Mannings Village, Buttals Tenantry and surrounding areas.
- In Christ Church
Hannays Valley, Lower Greys, Frere Pilgrim, Edey Village, Dayrell’s Hill, Bannatyne, Boarded Hall, St. Davids, Brereton, South District, Lower Brighton, Eastlyn, Constant, Campaign Castle and surrounding areas.
The BWA’s water tanker fleet will assist customers in the affected areas while repairs are being conducted.
