The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) is today, Monday, May 4th, advising residents and businesses in parts of St. Philip that emergency repairs are underway to address a burst on a main at Oughterson, St. Philip.
As a result, customers in Parish Land, Moncriefe, Oughterson, Bushy Park, Mount Pleasant, Station Hill and surrounding areas may be experiencing low water pressure or a water outage at this time.
Water tankers have been dispatched to assist residents and businesses in the affected districts as a temporary measure.
The Barbados Water Authority apologises for any inconvenience this service disruption may cause and update on the progress of repairs. (ENDS)
