The Barbados Water Authority is today, Wednesday, June 28th, advising residents and businesses in parts of St. Peter and St. James that it is conducting emergency repairs on a large diameter main near Black Bess.
As a result, customers in Baker’s Tenantry, Baywoods, Benny Hall, Black Bess, Boscobelle, Castle Tenantry, Diamond Corner, Endeavour, Farmers, Four Hills, Gays Village, Indian Ground, Mangrove Terrace, Mount Stepney, Orange Hill, Pleasant Hall, Rock Hall, Roebuck, Sedge Pond, Sion Hill, St. Silas Heights, The Baltic, and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.
Water tankers have been deployed to assist.
