The Barbados Water Authority today, Saturday, March 16th advises that it is currently conducting emergency repairs on a main at St. Silas in St. James.
As a result, residents and businesses in St. Silas, Apes Hill Development and Waterhall Terrace may suffer low pressure or a water outage while work is ongoing.
Residents in these areas who may still have a pipe borne supply are advised to store some water as a precaution. Water tankers will be deployed to assist customers in the affected areas.
The BWA apologises for any inconvenience these emergency repairs at St. Silas, St. James today, Saturday March 16th may cause. (ENDS)
