The Barbados Water Authority is today, Thursday, April 25th advising residents and businesses in parts of St. James that it is currently conducting emergency repairs on a large diameter main in the vicinity of West Terrace Main Road.
As a result, customers in West Terrace, Haynesville and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.
Water tankers have been deployed to assist.
