The Barbados Water Authority is today, Tuesday, July 9th advising residents and businesses in parts of St. Peter and St. James that it is currently conducting emergency repairs on a large diameter main in the vicinity of Gibbs.
As a result, customers in Gibbs, Mullins, Heywoods, Six Men’s, Retreat, Round The Town, Lower Carlton, Weston and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.
Water tankers have been deployed to assist.
