The Barbados Water Authority is today, Tuesday, November 12th, advising residents and businesses in some St Lucy and St Peter areas that it is currently conducting emergency repairs on a large diameter main in the vicinity of Alleynedale, St Lucy.
As a result, customers in Colleton, Shermans, Six Men’s, Checker Hall, Checker Hall Development, Fustic, Half Moon Fort, Sutherland Hill, Maycocks Road, Bromefield, Maycocks Terrace, Content, Crab Hill, Connell Town, Greenidges, Northumberland, Flatfield, Trents Tenantry, Hannays Tenantry, Swampy Town and surrounding districts may experience low pressure or water outages during this time.
Water tankers have been dispatched to assist customers in the affected areas.
