The Barbados Water Authority wishes to advise customers in some St Lucy and St Peter districts that today, Saturday, March 30th, emergency repairs are being carried out on a damaged 10-inch main at Alleynedale, St Lucy.
As a result, customers in Greenidges, Connell Town, Northumberland, Hope, River Bay, Chance Hall, Bishops, Spring Hall, Harrises, Friendship, Content, Alvis Town, Salmond, Grape Hall, Coles Cave, Stroud Bay, Crab Hill, Archers, Benthams, Babbs, Maycocks, Harrison’s Point, Husbands, Maycock’s Bay Terrace, Broomfield, Checker Hall, Sutherland Hill, Fustic Village, Fryer Well Road, Half Moon Fort, Clinkets, Colleton, Shermans, Six Mens, Rockfield, Pie Corner, Little Bay, River Bay, in St Lucy and Six Men’s in St Peter may experience low pressure or water outages.
Water tankers have been dispatched to assist customers in the affected areas.
The BWA apologises for the inconvenience this service disruption in Alleynedale, St Lucy, has caused.
