The Barbados Water Authority is today, Monday, June 10th advising residents and businesses in parts of St Peter, St James and St Andrew that it is currently conducting emergency repairs at a station supplying that parish. The station will be taken offline today from 11 am to 6 pm to facilitate emergency repair work.
As a result, customers in Baker’s Tenantry, Baywoods, Benny Hall, Black Bess, Boscobelle, Castle Tenantry, Diamond Corner, Endeavour, Four Hills, Gays Village, Indian Ground, Mangrove Terrace, Mount Stepney, Pleasant Hall, Rock Hall, Roebuck, Sedge Pond, Sion Hill, St. Silas Heights, The Baltic, Water Hall Terrace, Bakers, Crick Hill, Lancaster, Rock Dundo, Upper Carlton, Upper Mount Standfast, West Cliff, Westmoreland Cleveland Hill, Farley Hill and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure.
Water tankers have been deployed to assist.
