The Barbados Water Authority is advising residents and businesses in parts of St. George, St. Michael & St. Thomas that it will be conducting emergency work at a station in St. George on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 between 9:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.
As a result, customers in Roach Village, Paradise Village, Market Hill, Locust Hall, Locust Hall Terrace, Jericho, Bridge Cot, Belair, Newbury, Cottage Grove, Applewhaites, Bournes Village, Bibby’s Lane, Dayrell’s, The Palm, Proute, Hopewell, Content, Rock Hall and the surrounding areas may be affected by a water outage or low pressure during these hours.
Residents are asked to store an adequate amount of water to serve their needs. The Authority will also make every effort to assist residents via its water tanker fleet.
