The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to inform customers that the urgent pump repairs at one of its St. Michael stations have been completed and the station is now back online.
Water is gradually returning to the distribution network. Customers in the previously affected areas of Christ Church, St. George and St. Michael should therefore see their supply begin to return to normal.
The Authority advises that it may take some time for the system to recharge fully and for water pressure to stabilise across all affected districts.
The BWA thanks customers for their patience and understanding throughout the period of disruption and apologises for the inconvenience caused. (ENDS)
