The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the CCCCC) has received financing from “Green Climate Fund (GCF)” toward the cost of the project titled “The R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) for Climate Resilience Wastewater Systems in Barbados (3R-CReWS) project” and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a “Consultancy to Develop a Gender Sensitive and Socially Inclusive Programme to Incentivize Water Conservation, Recycling and Re-use in Barbados”.

The CCCCCC now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit an Expression of Interest for the consultancy.

All request for clarification must be submitted electronically to https://caribbeanclimate.bonfirehub.com/ , through the Vendor Discussions section under the “Consultancy to Develop a Gender Sensitive and Socially Inclusive Programme to Incentivize Water Conservation, Recycling and Re-use in Barbados”.

Requests for clarification should be received by the CCCCC no later than Wednesday, 2 September 2026. Consultants are advised that responses to the requests for clarification will be posted by Wednesday, 9 September 2026 on the CCCCC’s webpage at https://caribbeanclimate.bonfirehub.com/.
