The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the CCCCC) has received financing from the “Green Climate Fund” toward the cost of the project titled The R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) for Climate Resilience Wastewater Systems in Barbados (3R-CReWS) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a “Develop and Implement a Risk Management Framework for BWA’s Upgraded Bridgetown Sewage Treatment Plant and Related Infrastructure”.
The CCCCCC now invites suitably qualified Firms to submit an Expression of Interest for the “Develop and Implement a Risk Management Framework for BWA’s Upgraded Bridgetown Sewage Treatment Plant and Related Infrastructure” post.
All request for clarification must be submitted electronically to https://caribbeanclimate.bonfirehub.com/ , through the Vendor Discussions section under the “Develop and Implement a Risk Management Framework for BWA’s Upgraded Bridgetown Sewage Treatment Plant and Related Infrastructure”.
Request for Clarification should be received by the CCCCC no later than Wednesday, 02 September 2026. Consultants are advised that the responses to requests for clarification will be posted by Friday,04 September 2026 on the CCCCC’s webpage at https://caribbeanclimate.bonfirehub.com/.
The deadline for submission of the EOI is on or before 2:00 p.m. (GMT-6), Friday, 11 September 2026.
