The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) today, Monday July 13th, wishes to update that the emergency repairs conducted at one of its stations have been successfully completed.
The facility is now pumping at full capacity. However, customers are advised that it will take some time for the water pressure to return to normal in all areas. Some districts may continue to experience low pressure as the system recharges gradually.
Water tankers will remain available to assist any affected residents.
The BWA thanks customers for their patience and apologises for any inconvenience caused during this emergency work. (ENDS)
