The Barbados Water Authority advises residents and businesses that repairs to the large-diameter burst main at Tudor Bridge, St. Michael, are ongoing today, Saturday, July 4th, 2026.

During the repair work, crews encountered infrastructure belonging to another utility company, delaying the completion of the repairs.
As a result, customers in Tudor Bridge, Eckstein Village, President Kennedy Drive, Eagle Hall and surrounding areas may continue to experience low pressure or water outages while the work continues.

The Authority also advises that repairs to the burst main at Clinketts, St. Lucy have been completed.

Customers in Clinketts and the immediate surrounding areas may experience a gradual return of water pressure as the system normalises.
Tanker service will continue to be provided to assist customers in affected areas during the outage.

The BWA apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their continued patience and understanding. (ENDS)
