The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) acknowledges the serious concerns raised by some residents in St Joseph and St George regarding low water levels and outages impacting them.
The Authority wishes to advise that field teams continue to actively conduct service checks in the impacted areas, to identify the root causes of the decreased levels and supply interruptions. To date, a number of leaks have been detected and repaired.
The BWA assures residents that every effort is being made to rectify the situation and restore normal service as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.
