The Barbados Water Authority is today, Wednesday, August 7th advising residents and businesses in parts of St. Thomas that it is conducting an urgent installation of a meter in the vicinity of Applewhaites.
As a result, residents and businesses in Applewhaites Road, Locus Hall Tennantry Road, Locus Hall Tenantry, Applewhaites, Jericho, Selmans, Fisher Pound, Gutter Pound, Redland and surrounding districts may experience low pressure or a water outage during this time.
Customers are asked to store an adequate supply of water to assist.
