Customer Service Centre
Our Customer Service Centre is headed by a Customer Experience Manager and staffed by a number of Customer Service Representatives (including four Senior Reps) who man the Call Centre, Correspondence Unit and Help Desk at our Pine Headquarters.
Staff at the Centre is available for walk-in customers Mon-Fri: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and by telephone:
Mon-Sun: 8:30 am to 12 Midnight

The Centre can receive or dispense information on:
- Billing queries – account balances, estimated charges etc.
- Complaints – outages, service interruptions etc.
- Reports of bursts – mains, pipes or leaking meters.
- Applications for new services.
- Requesting disconnections & reconnections.
- General water issues.
- Wastewater queries.
- Water conservation.
