Barbados Water Meter Replacement Programme
The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) takes this opportunity to inform you its valued customers that work on a project to carry out an island-wide upgrade of its water meters began in May of 2014.
This programme will take several months to complete. However, in this initial phase and as a crucial first step, the BWA is informing every stakeholder of the programme. Please see the following letter from the Authority’s Acting General Manager, Dr. John Mwansa which gives you the background to the entire project.

During the Water Meter Upgrade project, whenever personnel from the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) or its contractors Water Management Caribbean (WMC) upgrade a meter on your premises, a customer notification card will be left as a matter of courtesy.
We have included a copy of this card for your information.
