BWA upgrading its Customer Information System (CIS)
The Barbados Water Authority is currently upgrading its Customer Information System which processes payments made through external agencies. A technical issue has arisen recently which has delayed the processing of monies paid to the water accounts of some customers.
As a result, payments made for August and September 2020 may, in a few instances, not be reflected on the current water bills of these customers. These persons are kindly asked to disregard the “Due for Disconnection” notice.
The Authority’s IT Team and the external software developers are working to address the problem.
Customers may continue to pay water bills using your preferred payment solution. Should you have a query about your account balance please contact our Customer Service Centre via 434-4292 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
