BWA Office at Coles Building Remains Closed to Business

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Barbados Water Authority informs its valued customers that its office at Coles Building, Probyn Street, Bridgetown remains closed to business UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. This closure is due to construction work being carried out on the premises of the old Empire Cinema next door which has created health and safety challenges for the staff located at our Customer Service Centre at Coles Building.
Customers may conduct their business at the Authority’s Customer Service Centre at Pine Commercial Estate, The Pine, St. Michael. As usual, you may visit this location between 8:30 a.m and 3:30 p.m Monday to Friday to make payments or reconnect services while queries may be made until 4:30 p.m.
The BWA apologises for any inconvenience this closure may cause. Customers are reminded that water bills can also be paid at:
- All branches of the Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited;
- All Post Offices;
- The Barbados Public Workers Credit Union Ltd., Belmont Road or Broad Street; and
- All SUREPAY outlets
or online via
- Royal Bank of Canada;
- the Bank of Nova Scotia and
- First Caribbean International Bank.
